I sent out a request for a pre-sale inspection and heard back relatively quickly via an automated system which allowed me to verify the date and availability of the shop. A thorough inspection was done and provided (via email link) through a very clean and easy to navigate online page where I could access the vehicle scan, photos taken, and estimation invoice. I was better informed of the conditions of the vehicle and was able to act on next steps. Rocky was very personable and informative and gave me a lovely introduction to himself, the location, what they do, warranty policy, and the quality they strive for. He was accommodating in a request I made that took a little time out of his day outside the realm of what the inspection was, and was informative in the response he received from a third party. If this vehicle works out, I look forward to returning to this location for services as needed. ////Update: I ended up keeping the car! All because the willingness of this shop to assist with the third party to get the maintenance up to date. What a phenomenal experience! My next service is marked and I will be returning. They went above and beyond and even more so gave me a call a few days after to make certain everything was running well. I am beyond pleased. My car runs like a DREAM. HIGHLY SUGGGEST THEIR SERVICES! Top quality services and customer service.
