Excellent Work and Quick Service

Rocky has been taking car of my car for several years. He really knows his stuff! He has chased problems, prioritized repairs, and kept my ride running smoothly. I’m in field sales, so no car means no work. I moved out of the area about a year ago. Rocky still helps me out! He even diagnosed a recent problem when a local mechanic near my new home was trying to rip me off with a needless diagnostic test. Rocky has a huge heart and a lot of passion for what he does. I stopped going to Audi Fletcher Jones when they told me the squeak in my Cabriolet was due to my not using the car often. Not happy with that opinion I asked my neighbor where he takes his Audi. He suggested Bimmer & Benz. I brought the Cabriolet to B & B as I was going up to Big Bear the next weekend. It turned out the noise was my power steering fluid was leaking. ZIKES! Imagine going p the mountain to Big Bear and the power steering goes out??? I prefer not to think of what could have happened.

My BMW was overheating and Rocky was able to give me a full run down of everything related to the issue through email with pictures and an itemized expense report, including things I didn't know were in need of tune ups/fixing. He gave me an all in quote but since I was looking to get a new car anyway he was able to fix exactly what the issue was in order to trade in the car at a dealership. I wish I found them sooner, would have been much better long term maintenance than what I was getting elsewhere. Work was done quickly, affordably and communication was prompt. 10/10
