My wife recently took her BMW to Bimmer and Benz because it was blowing black smoke from the tail pipe. Rocky checked it and found several things that BMW had not done correctly. Things like not chancing the oil, not putting coolant in when they should have and dirty transmission fuel. Rocky righted all the wrongs and my wife is more than pleased that we have found a place that does things right. I took my 2001 CLK320 Mercedes in yesterday to have the ball joints replaced and while I was there I asked Rocky if he would check my window washer. I had been told by Mercedes that it would cost more than $ 400.00 dollars to have it fixed. Rocky fixed it for less than $40.00. My hat is off to Rocky and his employees. Great customer service, but the real kicker is that when you take your car to them you know that the work will be done the correct way. It eases my mind to know that my car is in good hands. Thank you, Rocky for all you have done. I have the greatest respect for your honesty and expertise.

I just came out of warranty on my BMW, and found Bimmer and Benz for service work. I have found in my two visits there that Rocky and staff were incredibly courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly have done excellent service work on my 530i. They were also not pushy - there is other work to be done on my car, as the recommended to me, but did not push to have it done. Excellent communication through every step of the way.....I will continue to use them as my primary mechanic and would highly recommend them for you.
