I recently purchased new tires for my Audi A4 Quattro and wanted to have it aligned by a shop specializing in Audi maintenance and repair so it would be done correctly. I stopped by Bimmer and Benz to set up a time for the alignment and met Rocky for the first time. I was impressed by his level of knowledge, customer service and cleanliness of his shop. Rocky provided photos by email of the alignment readings making it simple to understand what had been done. After picking up the Audi from Bimmer and Benz, the vehicle was clean and the steering wheel centered correctly, which is not always the case with other shops I have been to! I felt the price was reasonable for a four-wheel alignment given the fact that the car has a modified suspension and is difficult to align. If you have a German vehicle or a MINI, I highly recommend Bimmer and Benz as a dealership alternative for maintenance and repair work!My wife has a Mercedes and I have a BMW. We were referred to Bimmer and Benz from another mechanic. I took the car over and had it fixed. The staff is very nice and they gave me a loaner car to use while they had mine. The car came back when I was told and there were no gimmicks or upsell attempts. I now take my BMW there as well. The staff sends me out an email reminder of scheduled services. We are very happy with their service. And the car was returned to me washed!

rocky sees things that i don't. he even saw that my ca. license plate was expiring. he fixed the steering wheel because my wife was afraid of getting hit with the airbag and she's very happy now! thanks rocky!
