Rocky and his team are competent, thorough and honest. I brought my car (BMW M roadster) to them for the first time and they did a top-to-bottom inspection and followed up with the necessary maintenance and repair items. I especially appreciated their email communications regarding both the inspection findings as well as the quote. I also found their quote to be very reasonable. I will definitely come back!

As I am used to having my car serviced by the dealer, I decided to give these guys a try as they were closer to my home. That was three years ago , my experience each and every time has been top notch. They are transparent, honest and truly interested in earning and keeping your business. The best thing unlike the dealer is that you have the same person Rocky who handles all of your issues. I like the ease of dropping my car off and getting on with my day and the same when I pickup my car. I was thinking of selling my BMW but after Rocky has worked on it he assured me it will run fine for years to come. I'm going to have a nice vacation instead!

Glad to find a Bosch service center in Costa Mesa/Newport for my BMW and Mercedes when I moved out here. Bosch = training, parts, warranty. I was very pleased with the service Rocky and his team provided. Prompt, thorough, took time to explain and show me what needed attention and what could wait, reasonable rate. When my schedule changed that day, Rocky was able to provide me a loaner (at the last moment!) so I could go about my job - that’s service! He then followed up the next week to make sure I didn’t have any problems or questions.
