Been with Rocky now for a couple of years now. Fair and transparent pricing. I knew what I was paying before work was started, and am kept in the loop as the work is done. Exceptional work, very informative and detail oriented in helping me understand what work and why, I was never 'not in the know'. Recently had my X5 in for oil, brakes, topped off some fluids, software update and discussed future service needs. Everyone is required to wear a mask, social distancing was practiced and a complete interior sanitization of my vehicle was done before it was returned to me. Shop is very clean and organized, big windows that allow you to see into the shop. Rocky is very outgoing and fun loving. Makes you feel at ease the minute you meet him, treats you with respect and professional courtesy that is so hard to find these days. He values your time as well and will go above and beyond to ensure that your time is not wasted. He does this by offering a free loaner car and/or will even pick you up or drop you off if needed. His shop is close to the 55 freeway and in a nice part of the neighborhood, walking distance to a couple of good places to eat and get coffee if one wished. Bottom line is if you want quality service with a smile and the confidence to know its been done right the first time without breaking the bank, then Rocky and his team at Bimmer and Benz is the place to go.
