Took my BMW here for the first time last week and I'm so happy. Looking forward to using Bimmer and Benz Specialists in the future. Customer service was great and my car is finally driving how a BMW should!

Amazing service!!! Super friendly, knowledgeable, AND fast! BMW usually charges me an arm and a leg for the littlest things and they NEVER have my car ready on time. Today was my first time here and I was beyond impressed with the service. I dropped it off in the morning around 10am without an appointment as a first time customer not knowing what to expect and Rocky had my car fixed and ready to go by 4pm. Definitely going to be my go-to shop from now on!

Rocky is great, knows his stuff. BMW n54 oil filter and oil cooler housing gaskets were leaking, they replaced them quickly and even cleaned my interior. I brought up walnut blasting my intake and he reached out to me that since the intake needs to come off to replace the gaskets, he could add that on and cut down on the labor costs. He also gave me advice on other work that I was going to do myself, very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend to any bmw owners.

I've been taking my MINI to Bimmer and Benz for about four years now. From standard maintenance (oil changes) to emergencies (dead battery) to less clear issues (transmission/engine mystery sounds) they have helped me to solve the issue and get me back out on the road. I really appreciate that the issue and their approach to solving it is always clearly explained to me and that there are no surprise costs. The owner (Rocky) and the mechanic (Jerry) both took time to speak with me about the car. They answered my questions and put my mind at ease about a car that is getting older. I truly appreciate knowing I can rely on them to keep my car in its best condition and keep me on the road.
